Psychogenic vomiting, also known as emetophobia, is a condition characterized by frequent episodes of uncontrollable vomiting in the absence of any organic reason. Unlike typical nausea or vomiting which is precipitated by medical conditions, psychogenic vomiting is primarily a mental response to traumatic experiences. Patients with psychogenic
